Pissed at sharebuilders

We have been trying to get our accounts transferred from Sharebuilder to Edward Jones for almost a year now.

It has been one thing after the other with Sharebuilders. We have been given so many different answers to our question within the last year that I have almost lost my mind over the whole situation. The one thing that I am really unsatified with is the more time they waste the more money we lose.

Do yourself a favor and do invest through Sharebuilders. It should not be this hard to switch your accounts. Do some research before you go with Sharebuilders.
